RTS - Global Customer Support.

RTS has implemented a three level support service using full expertise from different staff members of our group. An efficient call system as well as remote connections to all clients ensure high quality functional and technical support helpdesks.

RTS offers 24-hour support coverage! Helpdesks are available in Amsterdam, Chicago, Frankfurt, London, New York, Paris, Singapore, Stockholm and Sydney.

Customer Support Levels

1st Level Support
First Level Support is available in every local office and handles all initial support requirements from RTS clients. Every RTS local office has a functional and a technical support department. They are the client's initial contact and the staff speak the local language and English.

2nd Level Support
The central support desk is located at our headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, and comprises both financial market and technical experts.

3rd Level Support
This level is dedicated to complex problems that are solved by our development team, who have an excellent knowledge of the financial markets and are technical experts.
