As a pioneer in the electronic trading environment since 1989, Steffen Gemuenden has been on the forefront of building solutions for traders, combining his IT background with market knowledge and designing and implementing cutting edge electronic trading software solutions. With the vision that electronic trading would gain wide acceptance through-out the world, IT specialist Steffen Gemuenden began developing software for market makers and brokers when the predecessor to Eurex, the Deutsche Terminboerse, started its operation. As one of the original founders of RTS in 1992, he has significant experience in the industry for over 20 years.
Chicago, Member of the Board
Alex Lamb is responsible for global development of RTS’ commercial and exchange relationships. He has held several senior positions in the trading software industry in the US, Asia and Europe. Lamb has a background in commodity management, trading and clearing operations.
Frankfurt, Member of the Board
Mark van Vugt is responsible for RTS' global sales operation. Van Vugt worked 14 years for Euronext where he had several positions from options trading floor to senior commercial management. He has held positions with various companies in the back-office and front-office software industry. Van Vugt set up RTS’ Amsterdam office in 2001.
